The lights in the river seem fantastical, but they are real – reflections of the lights from the buildings above the bank.  Shot with a Canon Powershot Pro 1 camera from Wheeling Island in West Virginia at dusk, that time of night where the mysterious abides - and worked into a digital watercolor.
