This is a combination of a montage of two shots, and a digital painting.  I wanted to emphasize the age of the winding stairs at the Sandy Hook, NJ lighthouse.  To do so, I embroidered the scene with a digitally painted shot of a scene filled with curling leaves and winding branches.  Both shots with a Canon Powershot Pro 1 camera.
